>> A FINANCE PRESENTATION DOESN'T MEAN BORING STUFFOBJECTIVE: Show the global offices in London the success of the recently implemented strategy created by Unilever Vietnam and adopted by other countries in the SEA region.
STRATEGY PROPOSED: First, a sober and professional looking line of design. Then, flexibility to navigate to the information required at any moment. They had too much data and too many slides to show... "just in case". We created three main aspects to solve this:

>> NEVER UNDERESTIMATE THE POWER OF CARTOONS!OBJECTIVE: Create an attractive and entertaining training tool to implement the new budget tool developed by the Unilver Vietnam Finance Department.
STRATEGY PROPOSED: Create both a presentation and a training booklet guided by a Finance Mascot named "Tanh" (created by us). Ms. Fuchs (the client) knew she had a big challenge ahead to get everybody engaged and working with the new system. We gave life to Tanh to represent all aspects of the system. RESULT: The system was adopted not only in Unilever Vietnam, but in other countries of the SEA region. The success was taken by the Finance VP to the global offices in London (see above). |

>> MANAGEMENT CONFERENCES AND END OF YEAR RESULTS + PLANS
BACKGROUND: There comes that time of the year in which managers and directors need to share what they have done. A status report for the year and the plans for the future. They need to captivate the audience with their past achievement and get them on board for the year's ride.
STRATEGY: We work very close with each director to understand and create the visuals that better suit their information to be shared. Then we also work on all the aspects of their delivery (venue, other activities, audio visuals, presentation techniques and rehearsals, tech support...). He or she is not alone that day.
